Reclip.It Team Acquired by Walmart Labs

Today we announced that the Reclip.It team was acquired by Walmart Labs. It’s hard to believe that it’s been almost 4 years since we started this journey and we’re really excited to have found a new home at Walmart Labs, continuing our vision of helping people save money and live better. I’m extremely thankful to my team for sticking through all the ups and downs and to our investors for believing in us from the beginning.

Soon, I hope to share a reflection on my journey and some of the tougher lessons I’ve learned along the way. The only way to build greater companies in the future is to recognize both the achievements and mistakes we’ve made in the past.

Over the next year, we will be working with Walmart eCommerce’s top leadership on an exciting initiative to launch the next generation Walmart.com, where we continue Reclip.It’s mission. Specifically, I’ll be leading product on Walmart Labs’ Personalization team, where our goal is to leverage big data to inform intelligent recommendations and create personalized experiences for every Walmart shopper in the world.
